Registration forms, emergency contact information, and Handbook Acknowledgement form
must be returned before student attends classes. All students must be enrolled by September 8th.
Preregistration for the next year 2010-2011
At the end of the academic year 2010-2011, eligibility for the next year
will be determined.
No student who has been absent more than 10 times will be allowed to re-enroll.
No student with an outstanding tuition balance will be allowed to re-enroll.
No student whose parents have not fulfilled the parent participation obligation will be allowed to re-enroll.

Mandatory Registration |
Registration will be held on Saturday September 8, 2007 between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Everyone MUST
attend registration in order to attend the school. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS will be accepted. There
will be no registrations on the first day of classes. Registration will consist of first term tuition
($150), books ($40), and registration fees ($30), a placement test, and completion of forms.
Please be prepared to bring a check (payable to Al Huda Society) or cash on the 8th. Children must
be 5 years old by August 31, 2007 in order to register for the school. Please bring a copy of the birth
certificate. * A reminder that if you still owe money for last years tuition, you must pay that money in
full before being able to register your children for the 2007-2008 academic year. If you were a student in 2006-2007
and you do not attend registration on September 8th, you will not be guaranteed a spot in school.

Limited Space In KinderGarten Level
Please note, the demand for the kindergarten level is very large. Unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate the demand. Please respect our need to have an age limit. NO CHILD UNDER 5 YEARS OLD will be considered.
If demand exceeds our availability, there will be a random selection process to enroll students.

Parent/Student Meeting
There will be two mandatory meetings for parents the first week of class. On September 15th,
parents will be expected to attend class with their children for the first hour of school.
From 3:00-4:00 parents must sit in their child's classroom and have a meeting with the teacher,
this will be a group meeting to hear from the teacher. The second mandatory meeting will be after
Asr prayer with all the parents. This meeting will be in the basement and will be with the Quran
Teacher and the Director of Students. We will be reviewing the discipline process at this meeting.
Both of these meetings are mandatory.

Ramadan Hours
Insha Allah, Ramadan starts before our first day of school. We are currently planning to have
school run from 3:00 - 6:00 pm during Ramadan.Parents should plan to pick up their children at 6:00 pm
during Ramadan.If there are special Ramadan activities or Iftars planned for after 6:00 pm we will
inform parents as soon as plans are made.

Students must come to school ready to work, this means that every week students must bring the
following materials:

- Two pocket folder
- Two pencils
- Black pen
- Crayons or Colored pencils
- Ruler

- Spiral bound notebook
- Erasers
- Red pen
- Glue stick
- Pencil sharpner
